Earth Day Activities – Wednesday, April 22 
Next week, our Grade 5 students will help kick things off with special announcements to celebrate Earth Day. On Wednesday, April 22, they are inviting classes to take part in any of the following activities: 

• Walk or wheel to school, if you live close enough 
• Pack a waste‑free lunch 
• Wear green and blue to show your Earth Day spirit 
• Work toward completing your Earth Day Bingo Card 
• Earth Day Scavenger Hunt: Watch for Earth Day signs hidden around the schoolyard and playground. Each sign includes an Earth Day fact and a riddle to solve. Signs will be posted between 12:45–1:00 PM, and classes are welcome to participate throughout the afternoon.
