Dear Sunalta Families,

We are thrilled to share that our School Council Read‑a‑Thon fundraiser is right around the corner! From March 16–19, our whole school will be celebrating the joy of reading while raising funds in a fun and meaningful way.

To support our Read‑a‑thon, each student has brought home a Reading Bingo Card. Students can collect pledges for every square they complete throughout the week—an exciting way to motivate readers and involve our community. A copy of the Bingo Card is also attached here. Thank you in advance for cheering them on as they journey through their bingo challenges! We hope you love this opportunity to share the love of reading and some favourite books as a family! There will be prizes along the way for participating students, including a shopping spree to fill their classroom with books!

Donations will be collected until Monday April 6th; cash or cheque donations can be brought to the school office, with cheques being made out to Sunalta School Parent Society. Donations can also be made online through educationmatters.ca/schools/sunalta-school. Tax receipts will be available for donations over $25.
