  • Spell the child’s first and last name 
  • State the reason for the absence 
  • Tell us your relationship to the student

Regular and punctual attendance is foundational to student learning, academic achievement and long-term success. The CBE Administrative Regulation 6020 - Attendance of Students​ applies to all students, and outlines the responsibilities for students, parents and school staff.
