Whale of a Tale Book Sale
It’s back! Our Grade 1s are excited to be raising money for the PADS service dogs. They have decided to have a ‘new to me’ (used) book sale. In order for this to be a success, we need slight used BOOKS and PUZZLES! Please consider bringing in books and puzzles in the next few weeks for us to resell. A special flyer was sent home this week. We would love a big response!
Pink Shirt Day
All of our students at Sunalta recognized Pink Shirt day with intention and care. Several classrooms discussed ways to enhance and improve culture and citizenship at Sunalta. One class noted that every day is pink shirt day as they discuss kindness and ways to include others every single day! See photos on the right.

There are WhatsApp groups for parents/guardians for each grade at Sunalta. The WhatsApp groups provide an informal channel for parents to connect with each other and to learn about events and opportunities at school.
