Final Reminder! 

This is the final opportunity for families to share input as we finalize class placements for the upcoming school year. If you would like your child’s positive peer connections to be considered, please complete the form linked below. 

Families may list 1–5 students who would be supportive learning partners. While we cannot guarantee that all requests will be met, input will only be considered if submitted by the deadline. The form will close on May 12, 2026. Submissions received after this date cannot be accommodated. Thank you for your timely attention to this matter.
