Cozy for Conservation Day – June 5, 2026
Join us for Cozy for Conservation Day on Friday, June 5! Grade 4 students invite everyone to wear pajamas, cozy clothes, or bring a favourite stuffy for a fun day. Students may also bring a small donation to support the Ann & Sandy Cross Conservation Area, thanking them for our wonderful learning experiences. Thank you for helping us support conservation!
Temporary Pause on School Composting Program
We are writing to update you on a temporary change to our school’s composting program. Due to increased mouse activity, and as we are beginning to see an impact, we will pause composting for the remainder of the school year. To help reduce food-related waste in the building and maintain a safe, healthy environment, students will be asked to take home their compost and garbage each day. We appreciate your understanding and support as we work together to address this issue. We are proud of our students’ commitment to environmental responsibility and look forward to restarting the program once it is resolved.
Lost and Found Reminder
Our school’s lost and found area is filling up! All unclaimed items will be bagged up on June 5, 2026. Please encourage your children to stop by and check for any belongings they may be missing before this date. Any items not claimed by June 5 will be donated. Thank you for your help in clearing out our lost and found!
