during Friday’s Staff Appreciation. It was a beautiful event and we are so grateful for our Sunalta community.   

Spring Concert Update  | June 5

Under the leadership of Mr. Clarke, our Division 2 students have been working diligently preparing to share their musical extravaganza with you! These students will be showcasing their talents for our Kindergarten to Grade 3 students during an afternoon performance beginning at 1:30pm. Any families who are unable to attend the evening performance are welcome to attend this afternoon show.  

While, we will not be issuing formal tickets for the performance, we want to ensure all our Division 2 families are able to enjoy and celebrate their child’s successes. As such, we are asking families to limit their guests to two per performing child. Should you have questions, please reach out to Ms. Hordo

Traffic Safety Reminders 

As we work together to keep our school community safe, we’d like to remind everyone about the importance of traffic safety during busy drop-off and pick-up times. Please drive slowly and stay alert around the school, especially in crosswalks and school zones. 

Be sure to: 

  • Follow posted speed limits 
  • Use designated drop-off areas 
  • Avoid double-parking or blocking crosswalks 
  • Watch carefully for children crossing the street and cross safely with our Grade 6 AMA

Your attention and care help protect all of our students and keep our school a safe place for learning and growing. Thank you for doing your part! 

Transportation Registration 

Just a reminder with the shift in transportation registration opening dates, the deadline for yellow bus transportation registration is now Sunday, June 22.
